Yes, you can. A default car type will be selected for your roadtrip; if you want to take large baggage, please check the car type selected and consider upgrading to something larger.
We dont provide flight sales directly. For that reason, we have set up a flight section of our site to help you search for flights. Enter your details into the search boxes for a link to an external site offering a price comparison service to find you the cheapest and best flights to support your trip!
Your Passport is critical. If you're from an EU country you may wish to take your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Travel Insurance is optional but highly recommended. You can get travel insurance from our partners at this URL: www.insure.com Check any conditions of the car rental in your paperwork, but as a minimum, take your Drivers license (both photocard and paper sections, if applicable) and two proofs of address such as utility bills. For UK customers, the DVLA has introduced a system to share your license number for car hires at this URL: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence Cash in the local currency or travellers cheques if you prefer. After receiving your booking we will finalise the details and issue the GoRoadtripping Itinerary document containing all the details of your roadtrip.
When you have completed your transaction, our team will confirm your details and finalise your bookings. We will issue an itinerary document to your chosen e-mail address with details of your hotels and your car, and some ideas of things to do whilst on your roadtrip.
We select each hotel based on a range of factors including comfort, location, facilities, value, service and charm. As such, each hotel's facilities vary and if in doubt you should consult your itinerary for further details. Wherever possible we will make sure that the hotel has free parking facilities to make your journey easier.

No - you might find that you have to pay these locally at the hotel. Typically you will find these are a few Euros per night.
On the payment page, you will find a box marked 'DISCOUNT CODE.' Enter the code you have, and if its valid, it will automatically apply the discount to your order. Please make sure you do this prior to your payment being made
Yes. We use the Worldpay payment system which is run on secure servers and anonymises all the important data, including your card details. We dont have access to the information, let alone anyone else.

The following things are not included: local taxes - for example each hotel night in Barcelona will cost you 2 Euros. We cant charge you this up front Food and drink attractions Travel to and from the starting city.
We use the Worldpay system which means we accept all major cards apart from American Express; and we accept PayPal payments.
Usually yes. If every hotel accepts payment up-front we complete the bookings that way. If there are any exceptions to this (which is very rare!) we will advise you.

You require either a credit card or a debit card to pay GoRoadtripping for your roadtrip.
Not without incurring additional charges. The default booking will always be for a single driver. If you want to include a secondary driver, please tell us when you make the booking using the contact us page. If possible we will add this to the booking for you.

When you make your roadtrip selection you can choose between Budget, Standard, and Luxury trips. These all offer a different level of hotel quality. Whilst we book the hotels appropriate for the level of the trip, they are the best we can find in Europe, and often upgrading a room is easily done for a small charge. If you would like to make a specific upgrade, please email us to discuss this, and we will investigate for you.
The only names we need are the name for check-in at each hotel, and the name for the driver of the rental car. If either of these names change, please email us, and we will try to change the onward bookings for you. The names of anyone accompanying you on the roadtrip are not required.
We cant guarantee refunds because we make all bookings at the time of receiving your payment. We will, however, give refunds on a reasonable endeavours basis (where hotels havent taken any payment, for example).
